THE NEXT LEVEL DIFFERENCE

THE GROWTH DILEMMA

It is an exciting time when a company opens its doors or extends its reach for larger projects or more complex work. However, growth requires change, and change can be daunting for any business that seeks to grow. The challenge for the entrepreneurial company emerges when growth propels it into uncharted territory where either its experiences and/or its resources are limited, especially when it involves construction, procurement, and logistical services. Through our decades of experience, we have witness companies:

With Next Level, you don't have to "go at it alone", and you definitely don't have to "wing it".

EXPERIENCE YOU CAN TRUST

At Next Level, we have executive-level experience in the areas that matter when it comes to managing your growth whether on a project-by-project or on company-wide basis.  Some of these include:

This background gives Next Level a perspective you will not find anywhere else.  With our background, we are able to identify and spot issues before they arise and take pro-active steps to avoid them.  Although client consultation is part of our service,  we are not a "consulting company", and we don't "opine from the desk"Also, while we are licensed and insured civil contractors, capable of doing the work ourselves if need be, we are not out to "milk a project dry".  Lastly, with a construction and business attorney as one of our principals, we use this expertise to build consensus not entangle a client in claims or over-lawyer a contract.   We tackle problems head on  while still helping to build consensus, rather than finger point, make excuses, or look for ways to run up the tab.

PUT OUR EXPERIENCE TO WORK FOR YOU

Three Pillars of Next Level

“Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe.” - Abe Lincoln

“Like a human being, a company has to have an internal communication mechanism, a “nervous system”, to coordinate its actions.” -Bill Gates

“A desk is a dangerous place from which to view the world.”  - John Le Care

So, how do we  measure our success? By the cost-savings, schedule efficiencies, and the quality of your product.  In most cases, projects we are employed come in under the original budget, even with our compensation.  Our view is - if we cannot add value, what is the point of utilizing our services

Our proven process begins with understanding the client and its needs. Then, we employ our three pillars to get the job done. We quickly, thoroughly, and most importantly, cost-effectively, analyze our clients'  operational or project strengths and weaknesses.  With input from all stakeholders, we then assist our clients in formulating a sound realistic execution plan that can be followed throughout a project or organization.  We then work the plan with the client and all stakeholders, making adjustments as needed, but always communicating the next steps. We are not sideline coaches.  During our engagement, we integrate with the clients' team and get the job done.
