As with all Next Level services, our development management starts and ends with the client. We ask: what are their needs, what is their business objectives, what is their goals? With the answers to these question, we tailor a package of services that will help them achieve their goals. The services we offer during these stages mirror those in the Construction Administration section. However, before a client invests considerably in a project, Next Level performs certain services to assist the client in making an informed decision as to the development.
Prior the Initiation Stage of Construction Administration, Next Level can provide our clients with :
A completion of all due diligence requirements and an evaluation of the suitability of the site for the client’s particular use, including if needed, coordinating wetlands determinations and soil testing.
Research and perform a feasibility study that includes an analysis of various development scenarios and sensitivity factors for revenues, costs, timing, absorption, funding and more to ensure the highest and best use for the property.
Craft a preliminary development, design, and construction schedule and budget, to clarify and provide an understanding of the development process, including any anticipated hurdles
Coordinate and expedite all entitlement and permitting
Help secure competitive financing
For clients considering remodeling existing buildings or major capital improvements, Next Level can also provide an assessment of the existing buildings and a cost analysis.
